Shipping Policy

  • Helpthemshine.com ships its products to all parts of India.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other Warehouses. For specific/ customized orders the shipping time may go up to three weeks.
  • Helpthemshine.com provides free shipping on all orders over Rs. 2500. For orders less than Rs. 1000 a nominal charge of Rs. 75 and for orders between Rs 1000 to Rs. 2500 a nominal charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable as shipping charges.
  • For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days of shipping (i.e. all week days excluding Sundays and public holidays). In case of items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume, we may take a couple of days longer to reach you. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. Please contact our customer care number for details.
  • Our prices are all inclusive & you will get the final price during check out. You need not pay anything extra.
  • Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
  • While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • The color of the product shipped may vary from the one displayed on the website (subject to availability of the same). If you are very particular about a color, please mention so in the description column while placing the order or call us to confirm the same. If your preference is not specifically stated to us we will not bear the return/shipping charges for any exchange.
  • On placing the order, you will receive an email stating the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email id. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
  • We will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
