TalkTools is thrilled to present our first Live Q&A and Instagram takeover!

TalkTools Level 4 Therapist Vanessa Anderson-Smith will be hosting a Q&A Facebook Live video on the TalkTools Therapy Facebook page on Thursday, February 1, 2018.

Vanessa will also take over TalkTools Instagram for A Week in the Life of an SLP from Monday, January 29 – Friday, February 2, including demonstrations with patients, success stories and more.

WHO IS VANESSA?

Vanessa is a Speech-Language Pathologist born and raised in South Dakota. She attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls and received her Master’s Degree from the University of South Dakota in 2010. Her practice, Anderson-Smith Speech Therapy, LLC specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of motor speech and feeding disorders including, but not limited to: apraxia of speech, dysarthria, picky eating and speech and feeding disorders related to Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and prematurity.
Vanessa’s certified trainings include TalkTools Oral Placement Therapy, feeding specific to Down Syndrome, planning and assessment of sensory motor feeding disorders, and Level 4 Certification. In addition Vanessa is certified in the SOS feeding therapy approach for problem eaters.
Vanessa lives in her hometown of Canton, South Dakota with her extremely supportive husband Ryan, two dogs, and one cat.

A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF AN SLP
